Cite an interview in MLA 9
Interviews split into two citation problems: published interviews that readers can retrieve, and personal interviews that only you experienced. In MLA 9 (2021), a published interview can use the periodical, date, interviewer, and URL like an article. A personal interview may belong only in the text or notes, so label the interview type before formatting.
